The President held a meeting of chiefs of underground revolutionary organizations and political workers in the Onsong area at Mt. Wangjae, Onsong County, on March 11, Juche 22 (1933) and delivered a historic speech "To spread and develop the armed struggle into the homeland".

He said in the speech that it is necessary to wage a more forceful struggle to establish and consolidate more semi-guerrilla zones over a wide area in the homeland adjacent to the guerrilla bases along the Tuman River in order to expand and develop the armed struggle into the homeland.

Along with this, he put forward tasks to firmly rally the whole nation as a single political force and to wage Party founding preparation work.

He said that all those who hate the Japanese imperialists and truly want the country's liberation should be rallied as one under the banner of the anti-Japanese national united front, irrespective of property status, education, residence or sex, adding that legal and illegal revolutionary organizations of various forms should be formed to rally masses of broad sections around the organizations and educate them in a revolutionary way.

After the meeting, he went to various places of the homeland and sat together with chiefs of revolutionary organizations and political workers to take concrete measures for implementing the policy of the Wangjaesan Meeting thoroughly.

Besides, he dispatched political workers to different parts of the homeland and let them expand revolutionary organizations and firmly rally the broad anti-Japanese patriotic forces under the banner of the anti-Japanese struggle.

The Wangjaesan Meeting held under the guidance of the President was a historic meeting to spread and develop the armed struggle into the homeland and advance vigorously the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle along the orbit of Juche.
