Present there on invitation were Chairwoman Ro Song Sil and officials of the Central Committee of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea and female officials of the Korean Committee for Solidarity with Cuba.

Jose Manuel Galego Montano, Cuban ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy were on hand.

The participants talked to one another about the contributions made by the women of the two countries to the development of the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Cuba and sang songs together, deepening the friendship.
