The festival will kick off at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition in mid-April. It will be represented by armed forces bodies, ministries and national institutions, servicepersons, working people, overseas compatriots' organizations and overseas compatriots and organizations and friends of different countries.

During the festival, immortal flower shows and visits to the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia hothouses will take place in various provinces.
