Pyongyang, March 15 (KCNA) -- The Action Headquarters of the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration to Force the Lee Myung Bak Regime to Step Down in south Korea made public a statement on Mar. 12 in demand of the withdrawal of the U.S. troops from south Korea and the resignation of the puppet government.
Noting that the U.S. and the south Korean military authorities launched the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises for an invasion of the DPRK across south Korea, the statement said that this saber rattling is escalating the touch-and-go war crisis on the Korean Peninsula.
The statement stressed that it would be impossible to achieve the independent reunification, peace and prosperity of the nation if the U.S. regarding aggression and plunder as its mode of existence and the Lee Myung Bak "government" totally denying the inter-Korean declarations and getting hell-bent on the anti-DPRK war exercises are allowed to remain intact.
It declared that the action headquarters would vigorously struggle to drive the U.S. troops imposing misfortune and sufferings upon the Korean nation from south Korea and force the present "government" to step down.
