Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Kim Yong Il sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on Mar. 14 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and Russia.
The message said that the conclusion of the agreement provided a legal basis for developing the DPRK-Russia cooperation in different fields whereby the peoples of the two countries have developed mutual visits, exchange and mutually beneficial cooperation.
It expressed belief that the cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the spirit of the joint documents signed between the two sides.
