Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- Peruvian organizations made public statements on Mar. 11 in support of the principled stand taken by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to cope with the U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises.
The Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism said in a statement that the joint military exercises, being staged on an unprecedentedly large scale by the U.S. and south Korean puppets, have been censured by the world peace-loving people.
The statement stressed that the group would extend full support to the party, the government, the army and the people of the DPRK that have turned out to defend people-centered socialism and the world peace under the leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, in a statement, bitterly condemned the moves of the U.S., Japan and the south Korean authorities to unleash a new war on the Korean Peninsula and called upon the world peace-loving people to oppose the war moves of the U.S. and its followers with heightened awareness.
