Speakers including Jo Yun Hae, chairperson of the Commonwealth of Independent States Regional Headquarters for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration, said at the meeting that the joint military exercises being staged by them at a time when the inter-Korean relations are driven into the worst phase of collapse and the situation on the Korean Peninsula has grown so tense that a war may break out any moment due to the reckless confrontation policy of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors are the nuclear war exercises aiming at mounting a preemptive attack on the DPRK from A to Z.

They held that the U.S. and south Korean puppet clique frequently staged exercises for a war of aggression against the DPRK in the past, but it is the first time that they started joint war maneuvers of such provocative and dangerous nature.

They on behalf of all the Koreans abroad bitterly denounced the U.S. and the Lee group of traitors for staging the above-said war exercises, bringing the dark clouds of a nuclear war to hang over the Korean Peninsula, while frantically pursuing confrontation and war quite contrary to the aspiration and wishes of the Korean nation and other world peace-loving people.

They urged the U.S. and south Korean puppet warmongers to stop at once the reckless joint military exercises for invading the DPRK.
