The government saw to it that the teachers have improved the teaching content and method and constantly raised the level of scientific theory and their educational and practical qualities to meet the requirements of the developing reality.

It organizes courses for reeducation of teachers so that they may teach the students better with a wide range of knowledge and common sense of their special subjects and relevant subjects.

Having already worked out the teaching programs for the new school year, the educational institutions are down to detail the work of supplementing scientific experimental equipment and apparatus for proper combination of experiment and practice with the object lessons.

Meanwhile, they are organizing teaching contests, shows of teaching aids and furnishings and the like in line with the actual conditions, and are generalizing examples among teachers.

The people's committees at all levels, acquainting themselves with the actual conditions of the educational institutions in detail, are taking positive measures to provide them with all educational means such as school fixtures, experimental and practical apparatus, sports and cultural equipment and materials and teaching tools for the new school year at an early date.

The Educational Books Publishing House and other printing, paper-making and daily-necessities factories in different parts of the country are giving priority to the production of textbooks, notebooks and other school things.

The supporters' organizations for school are doing their bit in rendering assistance to the schools.
