In a press release the organizations accused the Lee Myung Bak regime of talking about the participation in the "PSI" under the pretext of the DPRK's projected satellite launch.

The press release branded such move of the Lee regime as a reckless act to spark off a military conflict on the Korean Peninsula.

It charged that the "PSI" is the U.S.-led mechanism set up to stifle and blockade the DPRK.

Nevertheless, the Lee regime dares talk about its participation in the "PSI", it said, adding that this is aimed at perpetrating more undisguised hostile acts against the DPRK and, at the same time, carrying out the strategy for mounting a preemptive nuclear attack on it.

It demanded the Lee regime stop at once its moves to participate in the illegal "PSI" which may trigger off an all-out war on the Korean Peninsula.
