The history of the development of the inter-Korean relations since the publication of the June 15 joint declaration goes to prove that "By our nation itself" represents noble patriotic spirit which guides the Koreans to achieve the country's reunification and prosperity common to the nation through national independence and unity. The Korean nation's movement for the country's reunification has turned into a nation-wide patriotic movement and a mass struggle irrespective of ideology and ism. This reality clearly indicates that the idea of "By our nation itself" is a just idea reflecting the unanimous aspiration and desire of all the Koreans for the independent reunification, peace and prosperity and immortal guidelines to be invariably held fast to accomplish the cause of reunification.

The above-said idea serves as a powerful driving force for meeting the blatant challenge of the anti-reunification forces hell-bent on sycophancy and dependence upon outside forces and reenergizing the movement for national reunification.

The shameless sycophancy of the traitors to the nation and their dependence upon foreign forces are throwing a big hurdle in the way of the movement for national reunification. This fact requires all the compatriots in the north and the south and overseas to regard the idea of "By our nation itself" as the basic idea of the movement for national reunification and intensify the movement for fully supporting and embodying the idea.

Not matter how desperately the separatists at home and abroad may work, they can never deter the June 15 era of reunification from advancing under the banner of "By our nation itself".

The idea of "By our nation itself" is cherished deep in the hearts of all the Koreans as the spirit of the times and the idea of reunification and patriotism, and they are growing stronger in their will to emerge victorious in the cause of national reunification by weathering difficulties and trials under the uplifted banner of "By our nation itself."
