The Kumsong and Chujong Cooperative Farms in Paechon County and cooperative farms in Haeju City, Jangyon, Ongjin and Kangryong Counties of South Hwanghae Province are carrying out their daily quotas for sprouting seeds and all other processes without fail as required by the Juche methods of farming.

Seeds were sown on many cold-beds for rice seedlings in the countryside of North Hwanghae Province for several days and sowing is making brisk headway in the rural areas in North and South Phyongan provinces and on the East Coast.
