Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- The All-People Committee for Measures against the Murder of Evacuees in Ryongsan of south Korea called a press conference in Seoul on Mar. 25 to denounce the security authorities for getting hell-bent on crackdown upon the organization.
Speakers at the press conference charged that the security authorities are intensifying the suppression of the above-mentioned committee only while turning aside the probe into the killing of Ryongsan evacuees and the punishment of those chiefly responsible for it.
Recalling that the authorities have deterred the committee from holding a rally, branding all memorial meetings sponsored by it until now since the tragic case in Ryongsan as "illegal", they said that such moves are a fascist dictatorial action of violating the elementary political freedom.
They demanded that the authorities immediately stop the unjust crackdown upon the organization and punish the chief murderers.
