Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- Some time ago, the Japan Foreign Ministry worked out the "diplomatic blue book" for 2009 and presented it to the joint meeting on foreign relations of the Liberal Democratic Party. It asserted that Tok Islet belonged to Japan, citing what it called historical facts and international law. Minju Joson Tuesday in a signed commentary cites facts to prove that by nature Japan is ill-famed for invading other countries and depriving others of their wealth. It goes on: Of late Japan obsessed with the wild ambition for militarist overseas expansion is running amuck in utter disregard of the diplomatic friction and isolation to be entailed by the territorial disputes with its neighboring countries over the issues of Tok Islet, Diaoyu Islands and Kuril Islands. The same is the case with Japan's bid for permanent membership of the UN Security Council. The above-said diplomatic blue book clarified Japan's stand to have the issue of its permanent membership of the UNSC settled. The permanent membership of the UNSC is not a seat one can get as one wishes. As well known to the world, Japan is a war criminal state obliged to pay the international community a huge debt called liquidation of its crime-woven past. However, Japan has not yet fulfilled this obligation but is working hard to evade its responsibility. World people ridicule Japan dreaming of becoming a dragon from a loach as it is seeking such a high position, turning its face from the above-said urgent task. Japan would be well advised to cogitate about why world people call it "political pigmy." Such disgraceful behavior of Japan as dreaming of a political power, persistently pursuing militarist overseas expansion would only invite criticism and derision from all people. |
