Doctorate was conferred upon Yun Yong Chol, teacher at Kim Chaek University of Technology, Ok Jin Song, teacher at Sariwon College of Geology, Ri Sang Gwon, rector of Pyongyang University of Printing, Pak Chun Gwang, researcher at the State Academy of Sciences, and others. And assistant professorship went to 72 persons.
