At the meeting U Ung Ho, head of a creative group of the Mansudae Art Studio, and others who took the floor looked back with deep emotion on the unforgettable days when the Chollima Statue was towering as a monumental masterpiece in the era under the care of President Kim Il Sung.

They told stories that the President gave origin to the historic Chollima Movement and made sure that a great leap forward was effected in socialist construction to stun the world people and, at the same time, unrolled a plan for erecting a monument symbolic of the era of Chollima and gave perfect answers to all the questions arising in the project.

It is thanks to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who is glorifying the undying exploits of the President that the Chollima Statue is shedding more brilliant rays as the monument of the era and is inspiring the servicepersons and people in their efforts to bring about great innovations, a great leap forward as successors to the tradition of a great surge, they stressed.

They renewed their resolution to bring about a leaping advance in erecting monuments and creating art works representing the era of Songun.
