Lee Myung Bak's Sycophancy and Servility to Japan Flayed

Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- The Lee Myung Bak group is contemplating inviting to south Korea a "military band" of the Japanese aggressor forces who eagerly wait for an opportunity to reinvade the DPRK and whet samurai swords in disregard of the Korean nation's bitterness towards Japan. Rodong Sinmun Thursday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: This is nothing but a rash act of encouraging the Japanese reactionaries in their moves for reinvasion. In the past the south Korean puppet forces and the Japan Maritime "Self-Defence Force" frequently staged "joint search and rescue exercises" in the open sea and a Japanese warship made a port call on south Korea. But the SDF has never landed there. Trumpeters of reinvasion are expected to march along streets of south Korea in broad daylight, calling back the departed soul of the Japanese imperialist aggressors who set blood-stained foot on the soil of Korea, flying the sun flags more than a century ago. Whoever aware of the aggression perpetrated by the Japanese imperialists in the past can hardly imagine this happening. This is, therefore, an intolerable insult to the Koreans whose bitter grudge against the Japanese imperialists remains unsettled. The Lee group makes no scruple of kissing the sworn enemy of the Korean nation in a bid to gratify its dirty greed for power and ambition to escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen. This is shame on the nation and a root cause of disasters. Unpardonable are such sycophantic and treacherous acts of the Lee group as selling off the dignity and interests of the nation, while encouraging Japan in its wild ambition for reinvasion, utterly indifferent to the daily mounting anti-Japanese sentiment of all Koreans. All the compatriots will sternly judge Lee, traitor without an equal, for having openly backed the Japanese reactionaries' moves for reinvasion, obsessed by servility to Japan. |
