The gift was handed to Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, by Liu Changle, chairman of the Board of Directors and administrative manager of the Fenghuang Satellite TV of Hong Kong, China, who is heading the delegation, on April 13.
