Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- The Japanese reactionaries are busy with reckless anti-DPRK campaign, finding fault with the DPRK's legitimate satellite launch. The Liberal Democratic Party is becoming increasingly assertive that "the plan for attack on the base" of the DPRK should be "examined" in the wake of its call for tightening the "sanctions" against it. The government is examining the "defense program guidelines" to be rewritten after making it a fait accompli to possess an early warning satellite capable of detecting ballistic missiles. Senior government officials including the defense minister and the chief Cabinet secretary during their public appearances claimed that the introduction of the early warning satellite is aimed to "protect Japan's security from threat" from someone. Japan's excessive reaction to the DPRK's activities for the development of space for peaceful purposes is jeered by the world community as it is nothing but another political charade for turning itself into a military giant and realizing its ambition for reinvasion. Japan is not entitled to take issue with other's satellite launch. It has stockpiled a huge amount of plutonium and test-fired several rockets, getting more frantic with building a missile shield. Japan's most recently announced space plan compels others to refer again to Japan's bad habit of pulling up others. The Strategic Headquarters for Space Development of Japan in a "basic space plan" released two days before the DPRK's satellite launch stated that it would launch 34 satellites in the five years to come along with the vicarious launch of satellite for other countries and kick off technological research into early warning satellite for the purpose of detecting ballistic missile launch. Japan launched 16 satellites from 2004 to 2008. It is, therefore, a height of folly for Japan to become more vociferous than any others in misrepresenting the DPRK's launch of experimental communications satellite Kwangmyongsong-2 as a "threat." It is Japan's assertion that satellites launched by it do not pose any problem but the one launched by others is problematic. What shameless and brigandish sophism it is. Japan is now rebuked by the international community for its black-hearted behavior. It avails itself of every opportunity to become a military power and realize its wild ambition for overseas aggression. Japan is examining the performance of war means and the commanding system for the said purposes under various pretexts. Taking the DPRK's satellite launch as a golden opportunity, Japan described it as a "missile launch" and made an overall examination of the "Self-Defense Forces'" alert posture under the pretext of "intercepting" the satellite. What merits more serious attention is that the SDF tried to round off the exercises for an actual war of aggression against the DPRK under the pretext of "operation for intercepting" its satellite. The SDF underwent a comprehensive exercise under simulated conditions of an actual war against the DPRK in all aspects ranging from the adoption of a decision to launch the war of reinvasion, issue of order, mobilization of all the people, adjustment and deployment of troops and war means to reconnaissance, detecting targets and simulation attacks. Japan is so cunning and crafty. But no one will agree with Japan's moves to become a military power and round off preparations for a war. It would be beneficial for Japan to stop the poor political charade over the DPRK's satellite launch, though belatedly. |
