The Kuwaiti preparatory committee for commemorating the Day of the Sun and the Kuwait-Korea Friendship Association jointly issued a special bulletin on April 12.

In an article titled " Kim Il Sung, founder of the state, Korea" the bulletin highly praised President Kim Il Sung as the founder of the state who built the DPRK, a socialist power.

Under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission, the DPRK is dynamically advancing toward a new higher goal for building a great prosperous and powerful nation, the bulletin noted, stressing that the feats performed by Kim Il Sung in the state building will shine long with the eternal prosperity of socialist Korea.

The Sri Lanka-People's Korea Friendship Association issued bulletin "Juche Korea" on April 11. The bulletin carried an article entitled "Human cause of independence and President Kim Il Sung" praising the undying feats performed by the President not only for the Korean revolution but also for global independence.
