The authorities' moves to contain the north militarily under the signboard of the PSI are no more than a rash act of fully exposing themselves before the nation as wicked traitorous forces keen on inciting confrontation and a war regime, it said, adding:

Lee Myung Bak claims that south Korea's full participation in the PSI has nothing to do with the north's launch of satellite, but this is only a deception. The present "government" is bound to go to ruin as it is keen on confrontation with compatriots.

The statement urged Lee Myung Bak to immediately halt the moves for full participation in the PSI as it would further strain the military tension on the Korean Peninsula and step down, holding all the responsibility for the deteriorated inter-Korean relations.
