The chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association noted Kim Il Sung made tireless efforts for achieving the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea and ensuring peace on the Korean Peninsula, adding that his cause of national reunification has been successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il.

The chairman hailed the DPRK's satellite launch as a scientific and technological achievement made in the Korean people's struggle to fling open the gate to a great prosperous and powerful nation in 2012, the centenary of birth of Kim Il Sung, under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The secretary of the Sogd Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan said that Kim Il Sung founded the Juche idea, Songun idea through his brilliant ideological and theoretical activities, indicating the road ahead of progressive humankind.

He stressed that Kim Jong Il has steadily developed in depth the Songun idea fathered by Kim Il Sung and turned the DPRK into a powerful socialist fortress.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the meeting held in Denmark.
