Delegation of KPA Political Officers Leaves for Vietnam

Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- A delegation of political officers of the Korean People's Army led by Kim Jong Gak, first vice director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA, left here Tuesday to visit Vietnam.
