The imperialists are constantly increasing their armed forces for aggression and ceaselessly escalating the war of aggression against the progressive countries by force of arms, swimming against the trend of the times toward independence and peace.

If the world progressive forces are to get united and successfully struggle against imperialist and hegemonic forces, they should firmly cultivate their military strength.
