Kim Jong Il Sends Wreath to Bier of Late Choe Ki Chol

Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il on May 3 sent a wreath to the bier of the late Choe Ki Chol, recipient of Order of Kim Il Sung and People's Designer, who is room chief of the Paektusan Architectural Institute, expressing deep condolences over Choe's death.
