Present at the event were officials of the Red Cross Society and young RC members of the DPRK, members of the delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and members of the International Committee of the Red Cross working in the DPRK.

The participants of the event looked round the room for the education in traffic safety, being briefed on the measures being stepped up to prevent accidents in the DPRK.

They appreciated an art performance given by young RC members.
