The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea in its bulletin carried a photograph of Kim Jong Il inspecting a KPA unit.

The bulletin in an article said that the inspection of a unit of the KPA made by Kim Jong Il on January 1, 1995 when the Korean people were facing indescribable difficulties helped the world know better about his will to defend the peace on the Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia and socialism chosen by the people of the DPRK to the last.

It noted that the situation on the peninsula has not developed as desired by the United States since the demise of the Cold War, attributing this to the leadership of Kim Jong Il, the guardian of peace and justice.

Kim Jong Il inspected many units of the KPA to bolster up its combat capability in every way from forefront posts to posts on remote islets, the bulletin stressed.

It recalled that Kim Jong Il formulated the Songun politics as the main political mode of socialism and the revolutionary soldier spirit is prevailing throughout the society, bringing about signal successes in all fields of socialist construction. No force on earth can provoke the DPRK at present when it is expected to turn into a thriving nation before long, it added.

The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism in an article of its bulletin noted that the KPA has been prepared to successfully accomplish and reliably defend the socialist cause under the wise leadershipof Kim Jong Il.
