This is a clear proof of the validity of Songun politics and its invincible vitality, and nobody can encroach upon the sovereignty and dignity of the Korean nation. The invincible arms of Songun are a dependable guarantee for the nation's sovereignty, dignity, development and prosperity.

It is due to the DPRK's arms of Songun demonstrating their invincible might as a peace-keeping treasured sword that the hostile forces at home and abroad dare not mount a preemptive attack on it though so acute military confrontation is persisting in the Korean Peninsula.

If the DPRK was weak in military strength, a war would have already broken out in the peninsula. It is entirely thanks to the DPRK's powerful arms of Songun that peace has been kept in the peninsula so far and the people in the north and the south have led a stable life.

The DPRK's Songun politics is run through with the rock-firm will and unshakable determination of the WPK to reject the aggressive foreign forces and surely achieve the independent reunification by the united efforts of the Koreans, as desired by the fellow countrymen.
