Baguma Isoke, director general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, made a report at the seminar. Then followed speeches of Eddie Kekana, chairman of the Group for the Study of the Progressive Ideas of South Africa, Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, M. M. Alhassan, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, Aba Sadik Abubakr, chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy, Yehia Zakaria Khairullah, chairman of the Egyptian Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, Francis F. Lyimo, chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups, and other personages.

The reporter and speakers said the African adherents to the Juche idea are sure that the Juche idea should be regarded as their guideline in order to achieve the second liberation of Africa.

Noting that the Juche idea serves as a great banner of struggle brightly showing the road of carving out the destiny of each country and nation and achieving the independent development on a worldwide scale, they said with high appreciation that it is the feat of world-historic significance to be recorded in human history that President Kim Il Sung founded the man-centered Juche idea.

Stressing that the Songun politics of the DPRK is a great political mode helping each country and nation reject the imperialists' policy of strength and neo-colonialism and defend and hew out their destiny, they highly praised General Secretary Kim Jong Il as the peerless statesman possessed of extraordinary wisdom and courage.

An appeal to the Juche idea study organizations and adherents the world over was adopted at the seminar.

The appeal underscored the need to intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and thus make 2012, the centenary of the birth of Kim Il Sung, an occasion of new turning phase in accelerating the cause of global independence.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar.

The letter noted that at the seminar all the African countries recognized once again that they are now faced with dominationism and neo-colonialism and reached an identity of view that the banner of the Juche idea should be held higher to solve this problem.

It said that the participants in the seminar are full of determination to invigorate the study and dissemination of the Juche idea on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of the President and thus positively contribute to building free and prosperous Africa.
