Referring to the fact that the "Intelligence Service" and the police of south Korea are suppressing the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification and youth organizations across south Korea, the statement branded such violence as quite unreasonable act.

The statement charged that the present south Korean authorities have totally denied the June 15 joint declaration and bedeviled the south-north relations which were favorably developing and deteriorated the people's livelihood by driving the economy to collapse while engaging themselves in the fascist dictatorial rule to harshly repress the popular masses.

Strongly condemning the Lee Myung Bak regime's vicious suppression, it demanded that the south Korean authorities immediately release the unjustly-arrested pro-reunification personages and abrogate the "National Security Law," an anti-reunification evil law, at an earlier date.
