Kim in the message said it is the firm belief of the DPRK government and people that the African Union and its member nations will promote the socio-economic stability and development by their concerted efforts, successfully solve the problems of the region including disputes and surely achieve the unity and prosperity on the continent.

The message expressed belief that the long-standing relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and the African Union and its member nations would develop on a new higher stage in the future and sincerely wished him greater success in his responsible work to strengthen the union.
