Pyongyang, May 29 (KCNA) -- The Construction Workers' Union of south Korea entered a general strike on May 27 in protest against the puppet authorities' unpopular labor policy, according to south Korean KBS.
The general strike was declared after its negotiations with the "Ministry of Land and Maritime Development" over such demands as the improvement of working conditions ended in failure.
The organization announced that it would hold a rally involving at least 20,000 unionists in Seoul to protest the authorities' unreasonable behavior.
