Pyongyang, June 2 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il, together with Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Raul Castro Ruz, second secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, President of the Council of State and President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, on his birthday.
The message said:
