Sports Contest for Pochonbo Torch Prize Opens

| Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) -- The Sports Contest for the Pochonbo Torch Prize opened with due ceremony in Wonsan, Kangwon Province Wednesday on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory in the Pochonbo battle commanded by President Kim Il Sung. Its participants will compete in at least 20 events including football, basketball, volleyball, marathon, shooting, boxing and weightlifting which will take place in Pyongyang, Wonsan, Nampho and other places. |
