The Russian artistes came to the DPRK with folk dance pieces of Russia and other countries.

They staged Russian dance "Summer," dances "Bulgarian Dance" and "Dance of Mongolian Sculptures," Ukrainian dance "Snow Storm," "Yablochko" from the fleet dance suite and other colorful numbers.

They presented enthusiastic and dynamic rhythms representing the national emotion and customs of peoples of Russia and other countries.

They also staged Korean folk dance "Trio Dance."

Among the audience were Kang Nung Su, minister of Culture, Hong Son Ok, vice-chairperson of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as chairperson of the Korea-Russia Friendship Association, officials in the field of culture and arts, creators and artistes and staff members of the Russian embassy here.
