Being briefed on the fact that the splendid memorial tower was erected, reflecting the will of the fellow countrymen to hand down to posterity the feats performed by President Kim Il Sung in the cause of national reunification and surely achieve the country's independent reunification under the leadership of Kim Jong Il, they looked round the pedestal of the tower, the group of sculptures of subsidiary themes and souvenir stones sent by organizations and individual personages of the north and the south and abroad and different countries and regions.

At the end of the visit, Jo said: Kim Il Sung devoted his all to the country's reunification and his exploits will always remain shining in the history of the country.

We are convinced that Kim Il Sung's last instruction for national reunification is sure to come true thanks to Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
