Pyongyang, June 12 (KCNA) -- Staff members of the Russian embassy here laid a wreath before the Liberation Tower on Friday on the occasion of its national day.
Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Valery Sukhinin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.
The participants paid tribute to fallen fighters of the Soviet Army after placing the wreath in the name of the Russian embassy.
They also laid a wreath and bunches of flowers before a cemetery of fallen fighters of the Soviet Army in Sadong District, Pyongyang.
