Commenting on this, a news analyst of Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes:

Such warlike remarks can be uttered only by the traitor serving the U.S. and confrontational maniac keen on covering up the essence of south Korea-U.S. "alliance" for aggression and war and pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a nuclear war at any cost in collusion with outsiders.

The danger of a war is prevailing on the peninsula because the U.S. put south Korea under its military occupation and worked hard to invade the DPRK in conspiracy with the south Korean puppets.

Had the south Korean authorities not "tightened alliance" with the U.S. and persisted in the reckless racket for confrontation with the DPRK, the north-south relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula would have not reached the present catastrophe.

It is needless to say that the "alliance" with the U.S. touted by the traitor is, in essence, one for a war of aggression to bring down the DPRK through military conspiracy between the U.S. and the south Korean puppets.

The group of traitors is seriously mistaken if it thinks it can threaten the DPRK through the "tightened alliance" with its American master and bring down the DPRK.

The group's reckless act of staking its fate on "tightened alliance" with outsiders will only invite bitter defeat and shameful destruction.

Regret always comes late. The traitor had better bear this stern warning of the DPRK deep in mind.
