Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- A seminar was held in Mexico and a lecture in India on May 29 and June 1 on the occasions of the 45th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 12th anniversary of the publication of his work "On Preserving the Juche Character and National Character of the Revolution and Construction".
Juan Campos Vega, chairman of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, said at the seminar that Kim Jong Il has strengthened the WPK into the party of President Kim Il Sung and an ever-victorious iron-willed party by energetically conducting the ideological and theoretical activities in 45 years of his work at the WPK Central Committee.
His work "On Preserving the Juche Character and National Character of the Revolution and Construction" is a precious ideological asset as it provided the almighty treasure sword for victoriously advancing the revolution and construction and achieving the independent development of a nation, and it is displaying its great vitality with each passing day, he noted.
The secretary general of the Indian Youth Group for the Study of Works of Comrade Kim Il Sung said in the lecture that the reality of the DPRK proves that preserving the Juche character and national character is a true way for carving out the destiny of each country and nation.
