He made public various famous works including "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" and "Giving Priority to Ideological Work Is Essential for Accomplishing Socialism" in the middle of the 1990s when the U.S.-led imperialist reactionary forces were engaged in vicious moves, spreading the doctrine of "collapse" of the WPK and socialist system with the demise of President Kim Il Sung as an occasion.
