C. P. Mainali, general secretary of the C.C., Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), said that Kim Jong Il has further developed and enriched the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and thoroughly applied it in all fields while pursuing the Songun politics, the peculiar mode of politics in the present era.

He further said:

The DPRK has turned into a political and ideological and military power which nobody dare provoke and firmly defended all its precious things in the acute political and military confrontation with the United States. The credit for this goes to Kim Jong Il's Songun revolutionary leadership.

We extend support to the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people courageously countering the unjust pressure and sanctions by the U.S.

Rashed Khan Menon, chairman of the C.C., Workers' Party of Bangladesh, Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, and other speakers noted that Kim Jong Il has strengthened the WPK into the party of Kim Il Sung guided by his revolutionary idea and a revolutionary party which achieved the unbreakable unity and cohesion and has firm mass foundation and turned with his unique Songun leadership the DPRK into a powerful country no any formidable enemy dare pounce upon.

A message of greetings to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar in Nepal.
