Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- The vice-director of the International Department of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea who is the representative of the party paid a congratulatory visit to the DPRK embassy in Equatorial Guinea on June 19 on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The representative recalled that Kim Jong Il has developed the WPK into an invincible party, working at the C.C., WPK, for the past 45 years, and performed undying exploits by wisely leading the struggle for the prosperity and reunification of the country.
The resolute measures taken by the DPRK including its recent second nuclear test clearly prove the pluck of the DPRK with which it does what it should do no matter what others may say, he said, adding:
The party and the people of Equatorial Guinea will make every effort to boost the friendly and cooperative relations with the WPK and the people of the DPRK.
