The south Korean puppets have openly disclosed their plan to participate in the U.S.-led Cyber Storm joint exercises for aggression while spreading a story about "attack" from the DPRK these days.

This biannual exercises staged by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2006 involve more than 100 government organs and at least 40 non-governmental enterprises in the U.S. as well as Britain, New Zealand, Canada and Australia at present. It is said that Japan will also take part in them in the future.

Through these exercises the U.S. seeks to develop the "weapons for cyber attack" and round off a "plan for cyber warfare" for mounting preemptive attacks on the anti-U.S. and independent countries.

The south Korean puppets' attempt to participate in the exercises is another intolerable provocation as it revealed their ambition to invade the DPRK.

What should not be overlooked is the fact that the puppets are kicking up a noisy racket to hurt the DPRK in a bid to serve the sinister purpose of justifying their participation in the exercises.

The "Defense Security Command" of the puppet army and die-hard conservative media are spreading wild rumor that the number of cyber attacks on the puppet army has increased more than 20 percent as against last year and most of them were made by the north. They are also floating misinformation that "the north operates a unit exclusively in charge of cyber warfare" and the "north comes first in Internet hacking."

The puppet Intelligence Agency, too, is asserting the need to counter it in cooperation with the U.S. while talking about the "threat of cyber attack" of someone.

As universally recognized, the U.S. is the kingpin of "cyber attack" and "hacker intrusion" on our planet and south Korea is not an exception.

The puppets already conducted the DPRK-targeted "cyber attack" during the joint war exercises staged under various codenames including Ulji Freedom Guardian with many computer experts involved.

This being a hard reality, they are mulling participating in the Cyber Storm with the U.S., under the absurd pretext of "cyber attack" from the DPRK. This only proves that they are pro-U.S. war maniacs and confrontational elements keen to ignite a war on this land in collusion with outsiders at any cost.

The DPRK is fully ready for any form of high-tech war.
