In an article titled "Great 45 Years", the bulletin noted that Kim Jong Il has further developed and enriched the Juche idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung with his outstanding ideological and theoretical activities.

This serves as the greatest exploit Kim Jong Il performed on behalf of humankind, the bulletin said, and went on;

Kim Jong Il authored a lot of works including "On the Juche Idea", "Socialism Is a Science", "Giving Priority to Ideological Work Is Essential for Accomplishing Socialism" and "The Workers' Party of Korea Is the Party of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung".

Thanks to the experienced and tested leadership of Kim Jong Il possessed of an iron will, socialism in the DPRK is victoriously advancing along its road despite the moves of the imperialists to stifle it.

In an article titled "North-South Joint Declaration is Milestone of Korea's Reunification", the bulletin explained how the joint declaration was published and the basic idea of the June 15 joint declaration.

Noting that the movement of the Korean people for national reunification made great successes under the banner of the declaration but it faced a grave crisis from last year due to the challenge of the anti-reunification forces who wrested power in south Korea, the bulletin stressed the world wishes to see Korea reunified as early as possible.
