Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) -- The Democratic Labor Party of south Korea declared that it would form a "headquarters of the movement for forcing the Lee Myung Bak regime to step down" and launch the signature campaign for impeachment against Lee.
A spokesman for the party clarified this stand at a press conference called at the "National Assembly" building on June 29.
He said that the party would sponsor meetings, information activities, lectures on the situation, etc. across south Korea to build up public opinion against Lee Myung Bak.
The party will successfully wage this campaign in solidarity with civic and public organizations and thus oust Lee from power without fail, the spokesman said.
