Pyongyang, July 8 (KCNA) -- Members of civic and public organizations, citizens and members of bereaved families of evacuees in south Korea held a rally in Seoul on July 4 at which they denounced the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors for the killing of evacuees.
The speakers at the rally recalled that people from all walks of life have waged a strenuous struggle demanding the probe into the truth behind the incident and the punishment of the prime movers of the murder since the tragic incident in Ryongsan in January.
The Lee group, however, has blocked memorial services for the dead and let the police commit violence against the participants in the protests, they charged.
They angrily accused the fascist police of making even preparations for a man-killing operation to trigger off the second Ryongsan tragedy.
One should never forget the tragedy in which innocent people were ruthlessly killed in Ryongsan by the present "government", they declared, urging Lee to make an apology for the murder and punish its prime movers.
