Noting that the Juche idea founded by the President has encouraged the progressive people in their struggle for independence, social justice and world peace, he said:

The validity and vitality of the Juche idea have been proved in practice and the idea has been studied and disseminated among people of broad strata of the world.

The great Juche idea serves as a powerful weapon in the struggle for independent life as it is favored and followed by world progressives.

The 21st century will shine more brightly when it advances as guided by the Juche idea.

Recalling that he had the chance to see many people visiting the statue of the President on Mansu Hill to pay highest tribute to him on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of his demise, he emphasized that the army and people of the DPRK are highly praising the President as a great father of the nation and eternal sun.

He went on:

The President is always alive in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives for his immortal exploits performed for the human cause of independence.

The revolutionary cause of the President is being successfully carried out by General Secretary
Kim Jong Il.
