Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian preparatory committee to commemorate the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung was inaugurated with due ceremony on July 8.
Ibrahim Mantu, member of the Credit Committee of the People's Democratic Party and former deputy president of the Senate of Nigeria, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee at the inaugural ceremony.
It was stressed at the ceremony that the preparatory committee should briskly introduce the greatness of Kim Il Sung and his wise leadership and immortal exploits to the Nigerian people.
