An article of the bulletin said that what was important in the life of Kim Hyong Jik was that he expounded the idea of Jiwon (aim high). This reflects the spirit of national independence, the idea of uninterrupted revolution that the independence of Korea should be achieved by Koreans themselves, it noted.

Referring to the exploits performed by Kim Hyong Jik in the history of the anti-Japanese national liberation movement in Korea, the article stressed that it is the exploit of special mention that he brought up President Kim Il Sung to be a great revolutionary.

On the same day, the Colombian Kanggye Group for the Study of Juche Idea issued the bulletin entitled "Great Man Who Brought about Dawn of Modern Korea".
