Ristiyanto, chairman of the Indonesia-Korea Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange, said at the remembrance meeting that the immortal exploits performed by the President for the prosperity of the Korean people and the human cause of independence would remain long in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives.

Banou Keita, chairman of the Guinea-Korea Friendship Association, stressed in his lecture that the President defined the U.S. imperialists as the main target of the struggle for global independence and gave perfect answers to all theoretical and practical matters arising in advancing the movement for global independence, including the matters of resolutely fighting against the imperialist forces through firm unity of all the anti-imperialist independent forces and abolishing the outdated international economic order and establishing a new one.

Daniel Dediu, chairman of the Romanian Workers' Association, noted in his lecture that the President devoted all his life to building the country where the people are masters of the state and society and everything of society serves for the popular masses. The Juche idea and the Songun idea founded by the President would shine forever with his august name, the speaker said.

The chairman of the Romania-Korea Friendship Association said at the round-table talks that the President is the benevolent liberator of the Korean nation and the tender-hearted father of people as he liberated Korea from the Japanese imperialists' occupation and built the socialist system centered on the popular masses in the country. He is also the leader of the world revolution who dedicated his all to the human cause of independence, the speaker added.

Appreciated at the film show was the Korean film of the grand gymnastic and artistic performance "Arirang", a winner of Kim Il Sung Prize.
