The Koreans are the most dignified nation as they hold in high esteem the greatest persons in human history. They are so resourceful, brave and talented that they have created brilliant culture and history for thousands of years. They have pride and self-esteem that there is nothing impossible for them, should they pool their will and efforts and are filled with the faith and will to build a reunified and rich and powerful country on this land come what may.

This national self-esteem cherished by the members of the nation is more precious than anything else. It serves as an ideological and moral engine injecting life and energy into all Koreans and reinforcing their faith and will and giving strong impetus to the struggle for carving out the destiny of independent human beings and a powerful driving force speeding up the triumphant advance of the June 15 era of reunification.

The Koreans' national pride and self-esteem have grown stronger as they hold in high esteem President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il respected by the whole world.

They are the peerlessly great men recognized by the world political circle. They have been acclaimed by the Korean nation for the first time in its history spanning thousands of years.

Whoever with high national self-esteem will glorify his or her life as a patriot in the struggle for national reunification whereas whoever keen on sycophancy and submission to others without an iota of self-esteem is bound to become a traitor to be cursed and denounced by the nation and judged by history.
